School Fees

BPS school fees cover only the Materials and Services costs of providing your child with the essential items and services which are used during the year. Fees are charged per student and invoices are sent at the beginning of the school year. Co-curricular activities are not included in the fees.

The School Card scheme offers financial assistance with school fees in a given school year. Eligibility criteria does apply. Further information is available here.

Camps and Excursions

BPS co-curricular activities such as camps and excursions will incur a charge over and above the School Fees and a separate invoices will be sent.

Payments using Qkr!

All school payments can be made using the Qkr! app. This includes: school fees, sports (excluding Sapsasa), excursions, camps, swimming fees, uniform (hats, jackets and beanies), choir, fundraisers and any other school payments. Card and cash payments can be made in person at the front office.

Co-Curricular Activities

BPS participates in many Sapsasa sporting events and additional costs apply. Coordination and communication is shared amongst schools in the South East. For updated information and dorms families should connect with the USE Sapsasa facebook page.
